I tend to fall for the buzz of an occasional remake myself. In fact, a few of the ones I watched are mentioned in this article. Despite that, I agree with the writer. Take an old idea but give it a new name.
Listen, I love The Rockford Files as much as the next guy, but Jim Rockford should not be recast. Take the idea and make a new show with a new character.

I didn’t want to add a comment system early on, however, I now think it would be nice to get discussion going once in a while. I added a comment system to this Tumblog. Please feel free to use it for feedback or discussions on anything posted here.
You should be able to login to the comment system using your Facebook account for some cool integration with your wall posts but I have enabled...
Stationary Bike
Mark your calendars, folks. I have started an exercise routine!
As one can tell from the title, I’m using a stationary bike. Hopefully this will not turn out like the Stephen King short story of the same name.
